Exchange policy

We do not offer refunds, unless on the exception of a lost parcel or damaged items. For all Exchanges, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact soul on purpose directly via email with photos and a description of the problem, wait for a response before posting your item back. I do not offer exchange for a change of mind. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange credit. Except for any lost or damaged items, a full refund including shipping cost will be applied.

PLEASE NOTE every single crystal is different and unique as they are all natural pieces, all pictures are only a guide and may not be the exact crystal you will receive. All crystals a completely natural from the earth, so any natural chips markings or discoloration and minor dirt marks are completely natural.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be packaged well with padding and in a box to prevent breakage.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
